TMTB: PINS ANET both solid; Market recap

Earnings:

PINS (+8%) Looks very solid so far with top line beating by 3%, EBTIDA beating by 40% ($195M vs $131.4M)…Guide for q4 looks solid as well at 11-13% y/y growth vs bogeys at 10-12% and street at 12%. We await the call for color on ad spend but so far looking solid.

ANET (+4%): Results look solid. Beat on the quarter and raised on 4Q.

ANET reported 3Q results of Revenue/GM/EPS of $1.51b/63.1%/$1.83 vs Street at $1.48b/61.9%/$1.58

ANET guided 4Q of Revenue/GM/Operating margin of $1.525b/63.0%/42.0% vs Street at $1.47b/62.4%/41.6%

Market Recap:

QQQ finished up 110bps . ARKK was up 65bps and SOX underperformed down 1.3% on the back of ON’s disastrous report/commentary.  Yields rose slightly and Crude fell 3.3%, helping put another dent in inflation fears.
