Asia generally mixed: TPX -0.97%, NKY -0.97%, Hang Seng -1.11%, HSCEI -1.07%, SHCOMP -0.09%, Shenzhen +0.03%, Taiwan TAIEX -0.68%, Korea KOSPI +0.31%. Kioxia limit up after reporting results last week. Samsung +3% after a judge limited scopy of this week’s potential strike.
Lots happening in TMT land this week…
The JPM TMT Conference in Boston starts today. Main Keynotes are OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar and INTC’s CEO Lip-Bu Tan, both on Tuesday. CSCO’s CEO is today. MU/SNDK on Wednesday. Rest of schedule below the fold.
We get earnings from NVDA on Wednesday, in addition to ADI, WDAY, INTU this week.
GOOGL I/O starts on Tuesday with many leaks and rumors already out on new model launches. Expect a big focus on Agentic AI.
SPOT investor day starts on Thursday.
