TMTB EOD Wrap

Good afternoon. QQQs 25bps staged a late day rally (not the first time it’s done this pre-CPI hmmm…) and continues to struggle to find which direction they want to go (flat since March 1st). BTC -4% back below $70k; yields dn 4-6bps across the curve; China +90bps. Similar to the last two months, non-profitable tech +2% outperformed the pair of days leading up to the CPI release, with HF consensus longs/Megacap tech -1%. If we get a cooler CPI, this might continue but an inline/warmer CPI might cause a reversal back to loved names like we saw last month on the print. Let’s get to it…
