Good morning. QQQs are flat this morning post some crazy action in Chinese small/mid cap names overnight, but overall China markets bounced and FXI is +1.5% this AM. Crude is down 70bps, BTC +80bps while 10 yr yields continue to tick higher, up another 9 bps and the 2 year up 7bps. Powell last night on 60 min: "The prudent thing to do is...to just give it some time and see that the data confirm that inflation is moving down to 2% in a sustainable way…We want to approach that question carefully"….Let’s get to the good stuff.
