Good morning. Lots to go over with the main highlight GOOGL’s stellar beat across the board (hard to pick out which was best part: search/yt/gcp accel, div initiation, EBIT beat, mgmt commentary…) MSFT’s 30%+ Azure print and guide and non-AI accel to 24% from 22% helping cloud consumption names (MDB/SNOW/CFLT all 3%+ this morning) and giving confidence to AMZN AWS bulls ahead of the print (note M-sci also raised their AWS #s to 17%+ this morning vs bogeys of 15-16%… Reminder, they were most accurate last q). More capex raises by MSFT and GOOGL after META’s yesterday should also support semi names this morning. SNAP +22% as Spiegel and co put up a much needed good q and news that Bytedance would rather shut down TikTok likely to help the bull case here this morning as well. After SNAP and GOOGL, META looks comparatively worse and likely to see some flows to the former and away from the latter, although TikTok news flow helps META as well.
